What is included over the 12 week 1:1 coaching with your personal coach?
  • 6 scheduled 30 min phone call check ins (twice a month, every 2 weeks)

  • Daily communication with your coach through the app "Slack" (working hours are monday-friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST where your coach is there to guide, assist, and answer any questions you might have throughout the day or week.)

  • Restaurant Guide 


  • Grocery Guide

  • Lose it App info guide

  • Weekly goal setting

  • Restaurant & eating out help / accountability tracking

  • Any vacation prep help

  • Adjusting macro split as needed

  • Meal ideas, snack ideas, meal prep resources

  • Progress picture + measurements review

  • A structured exit plan that your coach will go over with you on your last call! (you also have the option to renew for another 3 months)

How is your coaching different from others?
  • My coaching goes beyond the surface level of giving you a plan to follow and perform. Your coach is with you every step of the way through daily communication and bi-monthly in depth phone calls. This is a holistic coaching program that drives accountability in all facets of your health and fitness journey including mind, body, and spirit. We not only cater to your current goals, but we know that life happens and things come up. So we are there for you when you need plan adjustments, tips for eating out, vacation prep, and anything else that life throws your way!

How does communication happen?
  • You will communicate via phone calls and slack messaging.

How often do we communicate?
  • You will have 6 scheduled 30 minute calls (twice a month, every 2 weeks) and receive daily check-ins from your coach via Slack. Your coach is also available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST for you to ask questions.

Will I receive anything after the 12 weeks to help me long term?
  • Yes! You will receive a structured exit plan that your coach will go over with you on your last call! You also have the option to renew for another 3 months.

Do I get to keep the several guides that you give me?
  • Yes! The Restaurant, Grocery, and Lose-It guides are yours for life! Save these anywhere you’d like and use them to help you stay on track in your health and fitness journey long term after you finish the 12 week coaching.
